Manufacturer will submit a confirmation with an estimated due date to TheaterSeatStore.com. |

Upon receipt of manufacturer's order confirmation, TheaterSeatStore.com will contact the customer to relay the manufacturer's estimated due date. |

Once the custom order is ready at the manufacturer, a third-party delivery company will pick up the order for delivery. |

From this point the delivery company will contact the customer to schedule the delivery. Because we offer products from different manufacturers at different locations across the U.S. and Canada, transit time can vary from anywhere between 2 to 7 business days. |
