There are NO RETURNS or refunds on custom manufactured products, including, but not limited to, all seating products, all custom engraved cinema signs.
Please "measure twice" before you place your order, or call us before you place your order for custom products. We accept product returns for refund (except for the products listed above and some others) for 30 days after purchase date under the following conditions: Unopened products in perfect condition may be returned up to 30 days for a refund. The original box and packing must be included with any return.
Once a product has been assembled or installed, no refunds are permitted - only defective exchanges will be permitted, if necessary. Product return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer if the customer ordered incorrectly.
Also, all shipping charges that we pay for your original order are not refundable. Any item which qualifies for a refund may be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee depending on the manufacturer. Any and all potential returns to TheaterSeatStore.com must be accompanied by a "Return Authorization".
