Jackson uses higher resiliency 1.8 foam to deliver the comfort and contours you want, with the built in bonus of durability. Their cushions are fiber wrapped to give added softness and a secured fabric fit. They use 11-gauge springs in the seat back and 8 gauge steel in the seats to provide stength, comfort and flexibility. Springs are held by computer-positioned clips, a feature important for consistency and long term wear.
The Jackson Riviera 4271 Sofa Group is a nice sized contemporary style sofa set with flared arms and excellent lower back support and tufted pillows. Heavy padding throughout the frame and the seat back tufted for ultimate comfort. A nice contemporary cleaned lined style that will work very well in any home decor. Finish Upholstered in a luxurious super soft micro-suede fabric. The Collection is offered in either a Tranquil color as shown in the attached pictures. This fabric is very soft to the touch and is very durable and easy to clean. It is excellent for families with pets and children. Accent pillows are included as shown in the images.

Thank you for choosing “JACKSON®” Reclining Furniture. You have made an investment in lasting quality which will bring you many years of enjoyment and comfort. Please read the terms of the “JACKSON®” limited warranty coverage carefully. Jackson will supply the part(s) either under warranty or at cost, as long as they are available. After one (1) year, the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the consumer.
Recliner Mechanism - Limited Lifetime Warranty Recliner mechanisms are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Springs - Limited Lifetime Warranty The spring units of Jackson® products are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Frame - Limited Lifetime Warranty The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
Cushions - Three (3) Year Warranty Jackson® products utilize quality polyurethane cushioning materials in conjunction with layers of fiber for superior seating comfort. Cushions are warranted for three years against loss of resiliency. The loss of resiliency should not be confused with a slight softening and flattening of the fiber and foam that will occur as a result of normal use and aging.
All Other Parts - One (1) Year Warranty All other parts not specifically listed as being warranted are covered under a one year limited warranty against defective material or workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part such as table tops, latches, hinges, electric motors and electrical system components.
Warranty Limitations The warranty does not include: 1. Any defect in upholstery fabrics. There is no warranty on vinyl, leather or fabric against wearing, fading, pilling, stretching, dye lots, natural markings or splitting. 2. Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning, or care. 3. Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or from any use for which the product was not designed. All Products In the event that a defect is found, repair or replacement under this warranty is at the manufacturer’s option. Cost for labor, packaging and shipping from the factory, if it is necessary, is covered by Jackson® for a period of one year. After one year from date of purchase, the original retail purchaser will be responsible for labor, packaging and all shipping costs. These Limited Warranties provide coverage to the original retail purchaser and do not apply to rented, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses.
"I ordered this set and I love it. Add to it, order a butterfly rug, if you like the spring look, from QVC and it will complete the look. I have a dark sage one, it matches very nicely. Even my Ivory one matches nicely too. It brightens up my room. I am just careful, it is not really for heavy traffic use, because of the light color, I do not eat there"

"The color is beautiful, the fabric is nice and soft. But it is not a good item for someone who has pets or small children, it will stain fast. It is very cushiony, but not the type that can be used for extreme comfort, it is more for looks. The quality is great for the most, with the exception that the delivery guys( it was SEARS), ripped the fabric when they cut the packaging open. I did not return it, because I had waited for more than two months for the love seat and the cut was in the back. They are very beautiful to have a pastel themed living room. The springs are excellent. i am happy with them, but I have not used them too often, and still sit on my recliner for the most, because of back injuries. They are beautiful and give the living room a nice bright look, especially in a dark living room. I recommend this if you are single, without small children or pets and if you are clean and neat freak like me !"

White Glove Delivery & Setup
With our Signature White Glove Delivery your furniture will be delivered by a specialized furniture carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process.
This Signature Service level provides an appointment setup at your convenience within a 4 hour time window. A two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
