"They look much better from the front than the back. Since I enter my HT from the rear I see the seat backs. The fronts look great, the backs, not so much. They work great and are very comfortable and attractive from the front."

"Ok, I was really worried about placing an order like this over the web because of the amount of money involved. So I went to the BBB website and looked the Theater Seat Store up and was pleased to see that they have an A rating. Satisfied by this and the crazy prices that other sites were charging, I decided to give it a go. I was going to place an order online but I had a lot of questions and concerns about the chairs.
I got a hold of Bill who was one of the best professional customer service people that I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only did he take my order, but did so after numerous times of me calling and contacting him time and time again till I felt I was ready to do such. I have to say a good part of me even considering ordering from the web store was due to his demeanor both over the phone and the web.
After finally placing the order, they worked with me to get the exact day that I needed the seats to come (courtesy of the white glove treatment). I just got my order today on election day and I gotta tell you I could not be happier. My brother has some really nice theater seats as well from an in store purchase here on Long Island and I wanted to try to out do him. The Palliser Pacifico seats I feel might have done just that! They are EXTREMELY comfortable and well cushioned. I have a back injury in my lower lumbar region and the Pacifico seats have a HUGE plush cushion right in that very spot. They fully recline back and place your feet parallel with your body. Fully reclined, I feel that they are probably the most comfortable seats I have ever been in. The only complaint that I have is that I ordered a row of 3 seats flanked by a single seat on each side and when I got my order it was a little confusing. Three large boxes were delivered along with 2 small ones. Both myself and the delivery guys thought the order was wrong till I called customer service and they explained what the deal was.
The 3 boxes were 3 single chairs and the 2 smaller ones were "end" pieces that go on both ends of a single seat. If I would have known this prior to ordering, I would have ordered 5 separate seats. Despite this, I decided to keep the setup exactly the way it is. Although I would recommend that you get separate seating if you have the room. I don't know what else to say except that I am glad that I made the right decision by talking to Bill and fulfilling the dream that was my "man cave"!"

"Ordered the Pacifico - 4 seat straight version - the power seats are the way to go - the leather is dynamite - had issues with a damaged chair - it was around Christmas - and took a while for them to correct - but they did a good job considering the time of year - I would buy from them again - and their recommendation for the Pacifico instead of the Sequelle - saved us money yet the quality was the same! "This is a new introduction from Palliser. I chose this seat because it is more contemporary than the average Berkline seat. The salesperson also told me that in his opinion Palliser is better quality than Berkline and offers a significantly better warranty. Well, the seats arrived yesterday and they have far exceeded my expectation of them. The leather is beautiful. The seat itself is much larger than it looks in the pictures and the recline mechanism is smooth and reclines fully within about 8 secs. There is also no noise from the motor during the recline. Overall I am very happy."

"We checked out Palliser brand at a couple of local furniture stores and found that TSS was by far the very best price...bar none. Local stores quoted $6K for four seats w/loveseat plus taxes and delivery. At $2,396 TSS saved us almost $4K thousand dollars...and no tax or delivery charges. It was same setup, material...so we did compare apples to apples, even though the model was not Pacifico, it was same leather and features. We ordered seats on Saturday 1/9...recieved next Friday 1/15. The leather is beautiful, soft, extremely comfortable and we love the power recline. Our Sales Rep, Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decision. Staight forward and honest.
