"I never bought furniture online before. After many emails about queastions on the Blade and Pacifico to sales rep Rob Slayden. I finally choose the Palliser Pacifico. The customer service is great and you will love the chairs. I ordered the white glove service so I would know when they arrived. It is well worth it. The only problem is that I orderd the leather care kit and I didn't get it. But customer service said they would send one out to me. So we will see. Overall great company to do business with!"

"After tons of research I pulled thr trigger on the palliser pacifico because it seems to be the seat that has replaced the infamous berkline 090 which is the only seat i physically had the opportunity to sit in. Got the seats this morning and believe they are better than the 090 for a few important reasons. One, they have a higher seat back...thats important to me at 6ft. Also the cup holders are stainless on the pacifico and removable which is not the case on the 090. the only negative is that the padding feels a little firmer than what was described but i am hoping that changes with a little wear and tear."

"I ordered three power recliners. Two arrived with the recliner feature DOA, and one arrived with its leg broken.
The legs are cheap plastic nubs. Turning the chair over to see what was going on, part of the sub frame is pressboard.

I realized, however, the problem with one of the recliners - a wire that runs to the motor was connected with zip line, making it too short to reach the motor. Someone tried to make it work by taping it to the motor with black electrical tape, but that did not hold.

The other recliner had a bad transformer box.
I called home theater store - the representative told me a replacement leg was in stock and would be mailed that day. Transformer would take a week. Two weeks later, I received nothing so I called again. They had no record of my first call, but assured me the leg would be mailed that day and the transformer a couple days later. I still received nothing. A week later, I receive a voice mail telling me to a call a number because someone heard my chairs were broken.
Moreover, my chairs are on carpet but they still separate (people get in and out of the chairs, so, of course, they move).
Bottom line - cheap chairs, constructed poorly. And bad customer service."

"I did my research and this seemed to be the seat that everyone is talking about. There was a lot of reference to berkline models too but they no longer exist. The seat arrived quickly and in person it looks way better than in the pictures. The leather is soft and feels like good quality. My only complaint is that the seats don't connect together but just stand side by side. on a wooden floor that does cause them to move when you sit in them slightly. Apparently the only fix is to buy clamps from home depot that will hold them together. My sales rep told me this doesn't happen on a carpet."
