When returning merchandise please pack the items as safely and securely as possible. Please try to use the original boxes if they are still in usable condition. ensure all moving compenents are secured and that a protective layer surrounds the item from the box. Please liaise with our order department to obtain a Bill of Lading to ship the goods back.
