At TheaterSeatStore, we take great pride in the quality and
craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and
construction is our priority. We carefully inspect your order prior to
shipment; upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any
damage.
If your items are new and unopened you may return them to us
within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in the
original packaging. If the reason for the return is a result of our error we
will gladly pay for the return shipping. If the reason for the return is due to
your dissatisfaction we will work with you to resolve the issue. We cannot
accept returns on customized, personalized, final–sale or special-order items,
or on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Once a product has been put together or installed, no
refunds will be given if the product is in its intended condition. If the
product is defective we will gladly exchange the product. Product return
shipping cost will be borne by the customer if the customer ordered
incorrectly.
