We have partnered with specialized furniture carriers who
ensure your furniture arrives safely and securely to your residence. Once a
custom order has been finalized and the goods are ready for shipment it takes 5
to 7 business days of transit time to arrive to you. If an order is for an in
stock item then it will be shipped from our warehouse to arrive within five
business days of receipt of order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by phone,
mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and
items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. With our custom orders
our fulfillment department will stay in contact with you to keep you updated
and notify you when the goods are ready for delivery.
Upon receipt of your furniture please inspect immediately
for any visible damage. While it is always best to inspect the goods while the
furniture carrier is still there we realize this may not always be possible. In
these cases please inspect your order as soon thereafter. Please keep all boxes
and packaging materials intact if you have any visible damage. Please contact
Customer Service at 1-888-602-7328 if you notice any damage and we will quickly
resolve the issue.
