Jaymar Limited Lifetime Warranty
Leather
Jaymar warrants your leather for five (5) years against splitting and
natural scars. During the first year from the date of delivery, Jaymar
warrants against cracking, tackiness, peeling, tearing and premature
fading under normal household use.
Fabric
Jaymar warrants your fabric for a period of one (1) year from date of
delivery, against seam failure, fabric separation and nap loss.
Pilling and fading are not covered. The fabric warranty is void if
there is excessive soiling, improper cleaning or abuse, or when a
treatment has been applied.
Frame Construction, Springs and Mechanism
Frame construction, springs and mechanism have a Limited Lifetime
Warranty against manufacturing and material defects under normal
household use. Avoid sitting on the product’s back and arms. Jaymar
will pay the cost of parts and labour for a period of two (2) years
from the date of delivery. After the second year, the Warranty covers
the replacement of defective or broken parts only. For motorized
mechanisms, the motor is warranted for a period of two (2) years from
the date of delivery.
Foam
Jaymar warrants your foam for two (2) years against tearing or
collapsing due to defects in material or workmanship. Please be aware
that softening of cushions is the result of normal use and should not
be considered a defect. Therefore, a slight loss of resiliency should
be expected.
Mattress
Jaymar offers a 10-year Limited Warranty on your mattress against
defects in material or workmanship. During the first year, your
mattress will be replaced free of charge. After the first year, your
mattress will be replaced on a pro-rata basis, which is determined by
the percentage of use in years multiplied by the current retail price
of a new mattress. The cost of labour, transportation, applicable
sales taxes and any other service charges are not covered under this
warranty after the first year.
Stitching and Workmanship
Jaymar warrants your stitching for two (2) years against defects in
materials, workmanship, tearing or separating from the fabric or
leather under normal household use.
Conditions
This warranty shall extend only to the original purchaser and is non
transferable. Corporate purchases for the purpose of commercial use or
for the general public are not covered by this warranty.

White Glove Delivery & Setup
With our Signature White Glove Delivery your furniture will be delivered by a specialized furniture carrier. White glove carriers are different from common carriers in that they provide the customer with many benefits throughout the delivery process.
This Signature Service level provides an appointment setup at your convenience within a 4 hour time window. A two-man delivery to inside your residence to the room you choose. This service includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold. Once the product is in the room you desire, the shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. will set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other). The shipper will also remove and dispose of all packaging.
