They are comfortable for short and tall people. The manual recline can be tricky at first. Storage space is plenty big enough. The trays are nice too. "I was in the market for a new sofa and one day I was inside Best Buy when I saw the Magnolia seats. I almost bought that same day but they were out of stock from the warehouse and were $2200. I was dissapointed but decided to do research when I got home and that's when I found out they were from TSS. After finding the Matinee on here, reading reviews and looking at the pictures, I decided that for over $1000 off, it'd be worth the risk to go with Bonded Leather. Ordered on a Wednesday night and they arrived exactly a week later! Fast shipping!! Easy to assemble. Took 5 mins at most for 3 seats. The quality is top notch on these "cheaper" seats. They look 2-3x the cost. The bonded leather is high quality and it looks like real leather to me. They are beyond comfortable and was able to watch an entire Lakers game last night on them and didn't want to leave my seat after the game was over. LOVE THESE. Do not hesitate to buy at all! You will not regret."

"I ordered two rows of three for our media room at the beginning of Aug 2011. These are very popular and were on back order for six weeks. The Theater Seat Store sales guy was very helpful and up front. He did ask if I was going to build a platform and offered information on dimensions and materials; very nice. A few hiccups along the way; I was only suppose to put $200 down and then pay the balance on delivery (remember, back order for six weeks). Finance billed me the entire amount upfront. Sales guy was able to correct but they still insisted on billing me half up front when the invoice clearly stated $200. I let that go. OK, in September I was alerted that they charged the balance to my credit card. I contacted them to ask about delivery. It turns out, delivery means when the chairs are delivered to them, not me! OK, let that go. Got a “ship date” out of customer service; well, that did not happen. Called back, was told it would ship out by “Friday”, that didn’t happen. Called again, the CS agent was not very nice nor helpful; got hold of the sales guy who informed me that they moved and things were not settled yet (sorry, not my problem as they have my money-all of it). He came back with a different answer then the CS lady. When I asked why, he said because he got out of his chair and asked shipping (LOL). Well, his info wasn’t exactly correct as the items arrived in Houston earlier than he said it would. Shipper was great, delivery guy was professional (more than the CS lady, that is for sure!). Now for the product; the family LOVES them. They seemed a little firm at first, but i noticed they were very comfortable when watching movies. I have checked around, they are excellent, and at the price we paid it was a great deal. In summary, these are popular and you may have to wait so order early and work through your sales guy!"
