"The seat is very comfortable but it was not crated or wrapped when it was shipped in a cardboard box. The left armrest had a tear in it and TheaterSeat Store sent a technician out to fix it but he said the tear was too close to the seam and couldn't be fixed.and would need the whole leather vinyl arm rest cover replaced. When I finally got the replacement cover it was for the wrong chair. I gave up on that repair and used the seat anyway. Then the right arm rest got wobbly and I guess this is a common problem with this chair.. Then some thing broke in the frame and the cushion tilts to the right. as I said before, the chair is comfortable but it sure hasn' t been very sturdy. I'm sorry to be complaining so much, but it hasn't been a good experience so far."

"Orderd two stand alone, powered Magnolia chairs for my new, small home theater. The order process was painless (Travis helped me) and the chairs arrived quickly (few days) and were a breeze to set up. All was well until I reclined the first chair and the motor died. I learned the hard way that there is no latch to make these manual recline chairs so if the motor goes, you are out of luck. I contacted Customer Support immediately and it has been over a month and still no resolution. I have had a fully reclined, dead, chair in my room for over a month! I am working with Cliff in Customer Support and he seems nice but unaware and/or uncaring of the issue. I am trying to get the chair returned, at this point, for a refund."

"I just got these and I was a bit disappointed. They look good and the power recliners work well. However, they're a bit too "hard" on your body. After couple of hours, my butt became somewhat numb. The seats aren't soft enough."
