light corn syrup

melted semi-sweet chocolate

1 teaspoon
baking soda

1 cup
salted peanuts

butter

Preheat oven to 200°F and line large baking trays with parchment paper. Spread popcorn across trays.

STEP

Remove from oven and pan and transfer to wax paper to cool. Drizzle the melted semi-sweet chocolate overtop and serve when cool.

Combine butter, brown sugar, salt and corn syrup in a pot over medium heat, and boil for about 5 minutes.

STEP

Remove from heat when bubbly and fragrant and stir in baking soda and vanilla.

STEP

Pour mixture over the popcorn and stir to combine evenly. Bake in oven for 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and stir in the Snickers. Return to oven for 3 minutes for Snickers to melt slightly into the popcorn.

freeze-dried raspberries, chopped

1/4 cups
melted butter

5 to 6 tablespoons
dry cheesecake filling mix

6 cups
popped popcorn

Line baking tray with parchment paper and spread popped popcorn evenly over the top.

Pour chocolate mix over the popcorn, and sprinkle the raspberries overtop. Stir to coat everything evenly, let harden, and then break apart to serve.

Mix the cheesecake filling mix and powdered sugar into the melted butter, then mix into the melted white chocolate.
