Yes. All orders of two or more seats ship free to your door. We ship nationwide from our U.S. warehouses via premium carriers. White-glove delivery (in-home setup) is available for an additional fee.

Q: What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy on most stock items. If you're not satisfied, return the sofa (in original condition) within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Special orders and customized items may have different policies.

Q: What warranty covers my sofa?

Every sofa comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty (usually 1–2 years on parts). You can also purchase an extended 5-year Care Plan for structural defects or stains.

Q: What if my sofa arrives damaged?

Please inspect your sofa at delivery. If you notice any damage, mark it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately (within 1 business day). We will arrange for replacement parts or a replacement unit at no cost.
