"The quality of the seats is great and what was depicted online. The leather is nice and they recline very smoothly. The accessories are very convenient. The manual recline mechanism is a pull cord, not a lever like the customer service agent told us, but it works well. The white glove delivery, which is provided by a different company in every region, was not good from the Memphis area. They let the seats sit in their warehouse for 30 days prior to delivering them, the person on the phone was rude, and they were an hour later than their expected time without a phone call. Overall not worth the extra money for the white glove service."

When you sit down they provide plenty of support in the right areas, yet also let you sink in for maximum comfort. - Smooth action. When you use the recline function, the transitions between popping the foot rest up and reclining all the way back is a smooth glide. - Deep recline. You can recline to almost 180 degrees, totally flat if you choose to. But you can also stop anywhere in the middle and the position will hold fine. - Great bonded leather. I got the bonded leather and it feels amazing, looks awesome, and is very soft. All at a much cheaper price. Cons: - The seats don't connect. There's no brackets or ties or anything to connect the seats. Over the phone, the representative told me that since the chairs are approx. 125lbs, they find that they don't move very much. "We received our chairs & tray tables within one week of ordering! They were easy to set up and are super comfortable. My only complaint thus far is with the design of the swivel table accessory. Yes, it swivels 360', but when you have it off to the side, along the arm, it covers the cup holder (which makes no sense to me). Overall, great chairs and great purchasing experience!"
